Lot 2214 WINCHESTER MODEL 37 SINGLE SHOT SHOTGUN.

Cal. 12 GA, 2 3/4". NSN. Bbl. 30". Model 37 single shot shotgun mfg. by Winchester between 1936-1963. Left side of the bbl. is marked with Winchester's mfg. information, followed by the model and cal. designations, the Winchester trademark logo, as well as "CHOKE", with "2 3/4 CHAM." marked towards the breech. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Plain wood pistol grip buttstock, with Winchester trademark logo checkered black synthetic buttplate, and plain wood forend. Aluminum bead front sight. CONDITION: metal components retain the vast majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting few spots of light to mild wear and thinning, some scattered superficial handling marks, as well as some scattered spots of light surface oxidation. Wood furniture shows some superficial marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remains very good overall. PROVENANCE: Estate of Russell Dickerman. (25-1904/MLW). CURIO. $200-400.
